MATTHEW MORGAN, Founder
The same forces that have always drawn Matthew across the room have led him here. Curiosity. Creative drive. An appreciation for fine and fearless work. A desire to connect to and through art. Born in the American midwest and based in Mexico City since 2017, Matthew serves as the principal art advisor for every Colima collector. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, his favorite languages have always been art and design.
Before founding Colima Arts in 2020, Matthew worked as an art director in New York City’s advertising industry, a creative director for a Los Angeles design magazine, and a consultant in digital marketing and design for the luxury sector of interiors. He brings the full measure of this experience, his passion and eye for authentic, artistic expression, and his love of genuine, joyful connection to every client partnership.
